We are thrilled that St. Paul’s Church in Darien is enabling us to bring such an innovative program to this community.

We will be having 3 weeks of fun-filled movement activities that your kids will love. Our program is designed to improve weak brain connections by using neuroplasticity and the brains innate ability to re-wire itself based on intensive stimulation.

We will incorporate exercises from various educational training including: Superbrain Yoga, Therapeeds, Ready Bodies Ready minds, INPP, Playproject, Alert Program for self-regulation, Skillastic Soccer & Basketball and many more.

Things you need to know:

• Payment of $2400 is due in full by July 1st. You can pay Ailene or Cindy at the pool if that is convenient. Otherwise, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In addition, a weekly invoice will be e-mailed to you reflecting PT and OT group therapy hours. It will be broken down as follows : One hour of OT and one hour of PT @ 75/hour. We will be using the group CPT code of 97150. This weekly invoice for $750 will state paid in full and come via e-mail at the end of each week from billing@angelfishtherapy.com. You can self submit your bill to your flex spending or your insurance if appropriate.
• Your registration, release and health form will also come via e-mail for you to download and send back.
• We will be conducting a research project involving a quick video tape of 5 activities on day one and the same activities on day 15. We will also be performing a quick screening of reflexes, sensory motor skills and a cognitive task. The data will be compiled, ananlyzed, and hopefully published.
